In years past we were able to enjoy visits, regionally, to meet with Session Members, Pastors, and Congregants as a way of getting to know one another, but then Covid hit! We are now comfortable with restarting this regional event and will be starting with a visit to our Illinois congregations. We will be in Edwardsville, Illinois, for this two-day visit, but we have no firm details on the location of the meals. We must gather registrations, so we can reserve an appropriate space to accommodate the size of our gathering each day. Please take the time to register below, ASAP.
- Tuesday, November 15 at 6 pm – We will be hosting dinner for all Session Members and Clerks of Session
- Wednesday, November 16 at 12 pm – We will be hosting lunch for all Pastors
We will have office hours at our hotel, Wednesday, November 16 from 9 am – 3 pm (except the noon hour) for any congregant to drop by and visit, ask questions, address concerns or simply get to know one another. Please join us if your schedule allows it.
