• At the beating heart of our church polity is discerning together in community, which is going to mean conducting business together in meetings. What are the most effective ways to positively contribute to smooth meetings? We will look together at different models, considerations, and best practices for moderating, organizing, preparing for, and simply participating in a meeting. There will be a little bit of Presbyterian polity, a little bit of organizational leadership research findings, and a little bit of crowd-sharing ideas for what makes for the BEST MEETINGS IN THE WORLD.
